Welcome to my TC2 Blog. I have debated for quite some time as to whether I should have a blog or not. If you are hoping to see or read about details training data of my elite athletes, you may be disappointed.
We have a no data rule. Although I will discuss training concepts, I will not be showing workout files or specific wattage's or paces by athletes. I love it when others do it, as it allows us to know exactly what other athletes are capable of. This information can be used in race tactics and strategies.
I will not be using this space to tell you about my workouts, or what i ate today. I'm often amazed that age group athletes think others actually care what they did today.
My goal of this blog is to share concepts and ideas about training, racing and coaching. I am not trying to sell anything here, or do not have the secret (fill in the blank) [method, protocol, formula, etc].
